Hello Gorgeous,

I’m Hayley — and if we’re being honest, this little corner of the internet is probably the most accurate representation of who I actually am. No filters, no corporate speak, just me telling you exactly what it’s like to work together and why I genuinely believe you’re going to love it.
I’ve been a hairstylist for over 20 years. Twenty. Years. And I still show up every single day completely obsessed with what I do. Here's the thing about trusting someone with your hair: it's actually really personal. I know that. Which is why I've spent over two decades not just doing hair, but understanding it — the science, the structure, the art of knowing when to push and when to protect. I'm a perfectionist who genuinely cannot let a client leave unless it's right.
I also travel across the country educating other stylists inside their salons on color, technique, and the kind of craft that actually makes a difference. So yes, when you sit in my chair, you're getting someone who's not just experienced — you're getting someone who teaches other professionals how to be better. That should feel pretty good.
For me, that something is the craft. The science behind the hair, the art of the color, the satisfaction of watching someone look in the mirror and actually exhale. I’m a perfectionist to my core, which means I will fuss over your highlights longer than is probably necessary, and I will absolutely lose sleep over a result that’s anything less than right. My clients seem to appreciate this. My nervous system is still working through it.
I specialize in making your hair look incredible and keeping it healthy enough to stay that way. Those two things are not mutually exclusive in my chair, and if a previous stylist told you otherwise, we need to have a conversation.
I pride myself on integrity over instant gratification. That means if what you’re describing isn’t possible without causing real damage, I’m going to tell you — warmly, honestly, and with a plan for how we actually get there. I’m not interested in sending you out the door with a result that looks great for two weeks and costs you six months of repair. Happy hair and healthy hair aren’t a compromise. They’re the whole point.
Honestly? Women who are out here doing the thing. Successful, independent, living full and exciting lives both inside and outside of work. Women who have careers they care about, people they love, places they’re going — and who need a hairstylist who can keep up with all of it without making the appointment feel like another item on an already overwhelming to-do list.

"I don't just do your hair — I protect it, perfect it, and make you feel like the version of yourself you forgot existed."

XOXO,
Hayley
Many of my clients are moms. Many of them aren’t. What they all have in common is that they don’t have time for hair that doesn’t work, and they deserve a stylist who gets that. I am not here for a one-time appointment. I am here for the long haul — to be the person who knows your hair history, understands your lifestyle, and can fluently translate “I want something different but not too different” into an actual plan. (We have all said this. I have cracked the code.)
Because I don’t just do hair — I teach it. I travel all over the United States educating stylists inside their salons on color, technique, and the kind of nuanced craft knowledge that makes a real difference in real results. I am constantly learning, constantly evolving, and genuinely in love with getting better at this. When you sit in my chair, you’re not just getting 20-plus years of experience. You’re getting someone who actively goes out of their way to stay at the leading edge of this industry so that you don’t have to think about it.
When I’m not behind the chair or on the move to my next teaching gig, I am a wife and a mom of three — which means I understand chaos, I respect efficiency, and I know firsthand how much a really good hair day can change the energy of a really hard week.
I love to bake (stress baking, celebration baking, it’s-Tuesday baking — all of it). I will never say no to coffee because I’m truly a coffee addict. I read smutty romance novels and thrillers, sometimes in the same week, with zero shame. I travel every chance I get. And above almost anything else, I love to laugh and make other people laugh. Life is genuinely too short to sit in a stylist’s chair that doesn’t feel good.
My clients leave with great hair. They also usually leave in a better mood than when they came in. I consider both to be part of the service.
If you’ve made it this far, I have a feeling we’d get along really well. I’d love to be your stylist — not just for today, but for the long run. Come in, let’s talk about your hair, swap some stories, and figure out exactly what’s going to make you feel like you again.
You’re hair deserves someone who cares so let’s make this official. Book a consultation, ask a question, or just say hi - I promise I don’t bite.
