If you are a new client make sure you go to the "new client" page and everything you need is right there! If you are unsure which service to schedule, we recommend booking a consultation or filling out the virtual consultation form at the bottom of the new client page this way we can guide you toward the best option for your hair goals.
Wait do you have a dress code?
No, but there are a few things that make my job a little more difficult!
Please avoid wearing things that have bulky neck lines, for example hoodies, turtlenecks, or the such. Also, I would dress comfortably as you spend some time with me I want to make sure that you are comfortable!
Yes and No. Well, that doesn't help does it?
Let me help explain. If you are going to have on scalp color I would say no. While washing your hair you could irritate your scalp with out even realizing. The natural oils from your scalp are able to work as barrier to help protect your scalp from irritation, however, things such as dry shampoo, texture/volumizing powder. or color sprays/mascaras can act as a block and cause the hair color not to penetrate and color the hair. I recommend washing your hair 1 to 2 days prior to your hair color appointment.
Your first visit is designed to be collaborative, relaxing, and personalized.
Your experience may include:
An in-depth consultation
Hair history review
Customized service planning
Product and maintenance recommendations
Styling education
Long-term hair goal planning
We believe luxury is found in both beautiful results and thoughtful attention to detail.
If you would like to know more about becoming a new client of ours visit our new guest page!

Consultations help us create realistic expectations, protect hair integrity, and properly reserve appointment timing.
However, if you do not have extra time to come in on a separate day that is okay we will ALWAYS do a consultations before your service begins.
Absolutely, I LOVE seeing photos of what you like and even what you DON'T like! Inspiration photos are incredibly helpful in understanding tone preferences, brightness, depth, placement, and overall aesthetic goals.
Please keep in mind that every guest’s starting canvas is unique, and results may vary depending on hair history, condition, and previous color.
To maintain a luxury guest experience and allow dedicated time for each appointment, we primarily operate by appointment only. Limited same-day availability may occasionally be available.
We understand that life happens. If you are running behind, please contact us as soon as possible. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to modify or reschedule services to ensure we stay respectful of all scheduled appointments throughout the day.
Luxury hair services are intentionally detail-oriented and customized. Appointment times vary depending on the service selected and the amount of hair being worked on.
Blonding, corrective color, and extension appointments may require several hours or multiple sessions.
We encourage guests to plan accordingly and enjoy the time as part of their self-care experience.
While we adore little ones, the salon environment contains hot tools, chemicals, and limited space. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we encourage arranging childcare during appointments whenever possible.
Yes. We understand that every guest relaxes differently or you could only come in during working hours.
If you prefer a quiet, low-conversation appointment, simply let us know when booking or upon arrival. We are happy to accommodate your comfort preferences.
Also, there is space to plug in your computer while we work!
Happy and Healthy hair is always our priority.
We carefully formulate every service using:
Customized lightening strategies
Bond-building treatments when needed

Sometimes achieving your dream hair safely is a journey rather than a single appointment, and we will always prioritize integrity over rushing the process.
In many cases, yes. However, all corrective work requires a consultation first so we can assess:
Hair history
Existing chemical damage
Realistic outcomes
Timeline expectations
Maintenance requirements
We believe in honest recommendations and healthy, achievable transformations.
SALON POLICIES
SALON POLICIES
In order to continue to providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a $25 per service cancelled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
Your happiness matters deeply to us, and we want you to genuinely love your hair.
If adjustments are needed, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment so we can review your challenges and schedule any necessary refinements.
Please note:
An adjustment is meant for refining the original agreed-upon result, not changing directions entirely after the appointment.
Example:
Wanting your blonde slightly brighter? Totally reasonable.
Deciding three days later you actually want cowboy copper after all? That’s a new appointment, babe.
We will always prioritize the health of your hair over unrealistic expectations.
That means we may refuse or adjust services if:
The hair is excessively compromised
Chemical history is unknown
The requested result is unsafe in one session
Luxury hair starts with healthy hair.
Extension guests will receive customized home care and maintenance instructions to keep both the extensions and natural hair healthy and beautiful.
Proper maintenance appointments are essential.
Due to the custom ordering process, extension hair purchases are final sale.
Please remember:
Luxury extensions require luxury maintenance. We cannot save them from sleeping in a wet top knot for three weeks straight. We are hairstylists, not magicians.
Professional products matter. A lot. Healthy hair between appointments plays a major role in maintaining luxury results.
Your stylist will recommend a customized home care routine based on your hair type, goals, services received, and of course within your budget.
Using recommended home care helps protect your investment, extend the life of your color, and keep your hair healthy between visits.
Ghosting your hairstylist hurts more than ghosting your ex. Tiny bit dramatic? Maybe. Still true.
Guests who miss appointments without communication may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service total and may require prepaid appointments moving forward.
If an emergency happens, please just reach out. Communication always goes a long way.
We love your besties, partners, babies, and tiny adorable humans dearly.
However, to maintain a calm and relaxing environment with limited seating and lots of hot tools, we kindly ask that only scheduled guests attend appointments unless arranged beforehand.
Our salon atmosphere is meant to feel peaceful, elevated, and a little like escaping reality for a few hours.
